Cadbury Secret Santa (Campaign)

Cadbury brought festive joy with its interactive Secret Santa campaign, blending tradition with modern tech to spread Christmas cheer. Over 200 DOOH posters across the UK transformed into virtual "Postal Services," where people could scan QR codes to send free Cadbury chocolate bars anonymously to loved ones.

For added inclusivity, static posters in non-digital areas featured augmented reality elements, ensuring everyone could join the fun. The campaign’s magic resonated nationwide, resulting in 278,643 QR code scans and 149,789 Secret Santa deliveries, cementing its place as one of the most innovative and heartwarming Christmas campaigns of the year.

TFL Safety (DOOH + Social)

This set of TFL creative deliverables spanned multiple channels, including DOOH, social media, and digital display, as part of a bold and vibrant campaign. Which was aimed at promoting safer travel on the London Underground.

Cadbury Big Win Win (Website Ui)

The Big Win Win by Cadbury celebrated local corner shops as unsung heroes of the UK, recognising their vital role in communities. The campaign emphasised generosity and connection, spotlighting Cadbury's core chocolate bars and the concept of 'winning together.'

Bold, engaging packaging and point-of-sale materials featured a fist bump symbolising partnership between consumers and shopkeepers. Dynamic, location-specific ads directed customers to nearby participating stores, adding a personal touch to the initiative.

The campaign saw 78,317 entries in the UK, with 92 winners (a 0.1% success rate), and 23,436 entries in ROI, yielding 58 winners (a 0.25% success rate). ROI also drove significantly more website traffic, with 121,319 visits compared to 58,927 in the UK.

Kenco Gold

Kenco, established in 1923, has grown into a global coffee icon. In Australia, Kenco Gold Instant Coffee takes the form of Moccona.

The challenge? Update a suite of DOOH deliverables featuring an animated Moccona jar by swapping it with Kenco’s signature glass jar. The catch? No 3D model of the famous Kenco jar existed. And so working with the team modelled and crafted a photorealistic,
fully functional 3D jar.

Kia has experienced significant growth in the UK automotive market, achieving a 6.1% market share with over 90,000 units sold year-to-date, positioning it as the fourth best-selling brand in the country.

Notably, the Kia Sportage has become the UK's best-selling car in 2024, with 37,582 units sold year-to-date. Despite this success, Kia's homepage lacked alignment with its brand approach and needed updating to reflect its prominent position in the British car market.

Walkers Uefa Champions League Final

The Walkers Crisps "No Walkers, No Game" campaign, featuring football legends David Beckham and Thierry Henry, promoted Walkers' sponsorship of the 2024 UEFA Champions League Final. The campaign included extensive Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) elements.

The standout DOOH activation was a 3D anamorphic display on London's Piccadilly Lights, showing Beckham and Henry. This activation was part of a broader multi-channel push that included TV, digital, social media, and print,

SINCE CAMPAIGN LAUNCH, SPORT ENGLAND'S SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY HAS GROWN TO 432,000. EVERY DAY MORE WOMEN AND GIRLS ASK TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE CAMPAIGN. IN RESPONSE, A WEB APP WAS CREATED, WHICH ENABLES WOMEN TO UPLOAD THEIR OWN EXERCISE PICTURE, ADD A THIS GIRL CAN MANTRA SUCH AS “HOT AND NOT BOTHERED” AND LOGO. SINCE LAUNCHING THERE HAVE BEEN OVER 14,000 UPLOADS, A SELECTION OF WHICH HAVE BEEN USED ON THIS GIRL CAN SOCIAL CHANNELS, IN LOCALISED DIGITAL OUT OF HOME AND FOR PR TO INSPIRE OTHERS TO BECOME ACTIVE.

THE I8 IS A SPORTS CAR WITH A UNIQUE DIFFERENCE, THE BMW I8 COMBINES PURE ELECTRIC POWER AND A 1.5 LITRE TURBO PETROL ENGINE. Sainsbury's Basics Social

THE BRIEF WAS TO CREATE, DESIGN AND PRODUCE THREE VIDEOS FOR SAINSBURY'S THAT WOULD BE POSTED ON INSTAGRAM. THE ORIGINAL PRESS WORK HAD CENTRAL PRODUCT PLACEMENTS WITH SMALL TOY CHARACTERS ADORNING THEM. IT WAS A NATURAL PROGRESSION TO BRING THESE TO LIFE THROUGH STOP-MOTION ANIMATION. THEY WEREN'T TO BE OVER-PRODUCED AND TOO POLISHED AS THIS WOULD HELP RETAIN THE CHARM THAT IS NEEDED FOR THE FORMAT. THERE WAS ALSO FURTHER OPPORTUNITY TO USE SOUND DESIGN TO ENHANCE THE FUN NATURE OF THE ANIMATION.

Landor, in collaboration with Fitch, was asked to concept some creative explorations. Here are some concept examples.

The Money Advice Service

The Money Advice Service (MAS) is the largest single funder of debt advice in the UK. They aim to help people avoid getting into unmanageable debt but, for those who do, they fund the provision of free debt advice.

Saving is something that a lot of people find very difficult to do. However through extensive research, which included substantial persona profiling, we devised a system that would allow users to create an emotional connection to saving and establish that it is possible to save with structured guidance and support.

Through a series of strategic question it would be possible establish your own personal Grand Plan.

Sadly due to a government funding cut it meant the site, app and supporting comms never came to fruition. At the time Monzo, Revolut, Sterling bank were all very much in their infancy and our thinking behind this service was particularly advanced. With some saving techniques still not being used by current FinTechs.

Chemogenomix is a bio-chemical company specialising in bioinformatics, structural biology and chemogenomics disciplines. We license world class software on behalf of renowned academic research groups and also offer contract research and consultancy services.

The brief was to create a piece of branding which conveyed the complexities of bioinformatics in a simple, clean way.

BT DaVinci Field Guide

FromHereOn (FHO) is a business design consultancy working with BT to transform their IT services. The ambition is to create an evolving roadmap of services, aligned with BT’s business strategy and values, that are usable, useful, desirable and effective. The service design field guide was a key deliverable of the programme. It describes the principles, tools and techniques available to steer project teams through the service design process.

As Senior Creative Designer (alongside John Wood), my role was to structure the Field Guide, set the tone of voice and research, write and edit large sections of the guide, commissioning content from subject matter experts - service designers and business architects - within FHO. Together with my visual design colleagues, I helped develop the visual concept and storyboard the guide. I also produced an accompanying glossary.

The project has also been named as a finalist at the Service Design Awards 2018

THE NEW MERCEDES C-CLASS WAS LAUNCHED WITH A STRONG TV & PRESS PRESENCE. THE CLIENT WANTED TO EXPAND THE COVERAGE WITH SOME STRATEGICALLY PLACED DIGITAL OUTDOOR. THE HUGE 'MOTION@WATERLOO' SCREEN BY JCDECAUX WAS ONE OF THE MORE STRIKING PLACEMENTS. USING THE TVC AS A GUIDE A NEW EDIT AND CREATED.THIS MEANT REGRADING AND ANIMATING ALL THE FOOTAGE. DUE TO THE UNIQUE DIMENSIONS OF THE SPACE A NUMBER OF ISSUES PRESENTED THEMSELVES. HOWEVER A STRIKING PIECE WAS DESIGNED WHICH SUPERBLY COMPLIMENTS THE MORE TRADITIONAL MEDIA ELEMENTS.

USING THE WONDERFULLY DETAILED FOOTAGE, BOTH SPOTS HAD TO CAPTURE THE ESSENCE OF GUINNESS. BOTH FOR A TVC AND SEVERAL DOOH PLACEMENTS.

A YOUNG BOY CALLS HOME EAGERLY RECOUNTING HIS ADVENTURES IN THE BIG CITY TO HIS MOTHER.  BUT WHILST AT FIRST HE IS BRIMMING WITH EXCITEMENT, HE QUICKLY LOSES ENTHUSIASM AND IT GRADUALLY BECOMES APPARENT THAT ALL ISN’T QUITE AS IT SEEMS.

THIS WAS ONE OF STARBUCKS FIRST EVER CINEMA COMMERCIALS. WORKING VERY CLOSELY WITH COPYWRITER TIM RILEY, DETAILED STORYBOARDS WERE DESIGNED. THOSE DESIGNS WERE THEN ANIMATED IN A 'KINETIC TYPE', MOTION GRAPHIC STYLE. AS A RESULT OF IT'S SUCCESS, BOTH IN CINEMAS AND WITH THE CLIENT, FURTHER SPOTS WERE DESIGNED IN A SIMILAR STYLE FOR DOOH.

SNOOP DOGG, OR SNOOP LION AS HE'D NOW LIKE TO BE KNOWN, HAS PARTNERED UP WITH ADIDAS AND FOOTLOCKER TO PROMOTE A NEW RANGE OF PRODUCTS. TO ACCOMPANY THE TVC AN EXTENSIVE DIGITAL DESIGN BRIEF WAS UNDERTAKEN. THIS WAS TO COVER ALL THE USUAL SOCIAL MEDIA SPOTS PLUS THE MAIN FOOTLOCKER HOMEPAGE.

THE BRIEF WAS TO DESIGN A NEW TAKE ON A CHRISTMAS CLASSIC. THE KIDSCRACKER IS PACKED FULL OF THE USUAL FAVOURITES: HATS, JOKES AND TOYS. SHARE PHOTOS OF YOURSELF IN YOUR CHRISTMAS CROWN. DON'T FORGET TO MAKE SURE YOU TURN ON YOUR SOUND, COMEDY DUO PETER SERAFINOWICZ AND SARAH ALEXANDER HAVE ADDED THEIR TOUCH TO THE JOKES. THE TOYS ARE FUN FOR THE LITTLE ONES AS WELL AS THE BIG KIDS. IMPORTANTLY THIS APP ALSO GIVES YOU THE CHANCE TO SHARE YOUR CHRISTMAS JOY BY TEXTING A DONATION OF £5 TO THE KIDS COMPANY CHARITY.
